Returns & Replacements

Returns are accepted only for products damaged in transit, physically defective, or incorrect items shipped.
Eligibility for Return
- Products that arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect.
- Video evidence of the unboxing and issue must be emailed to helloatelea@gmail.com within 48 hours of delivery.
- Products must be unused, unopened, and in original packaging with seals intact.
Ineligible for Return
- Products that have been used or where the seal/packaging is broken.
- Items with tampered serial numbers or altered packaging.
- Normal wear, dents, or surface scratches that do not affect usage.
- Customized or personalized items.
Return & Inspection Process
- Email helloatelea@gmail.com within 48 hours of receiving your order, including your order ID, item name, and video proof.
- Our team will review your request and share the return address or arrange pickup (where available).
- Once received, the product will undergo inspection to validate your claim.
Replacement / Refund Process
- If the return is approved, a replacement will be shipped.
- If a replacement is unavailable, a refund will be processed.
- Refunds for online payments will be credited to the original payment source within 7 working days.
- For COD orders, refunds will be made to your bank account within 14 working days.
Additional Information
If you experience spillage or breakage of the container, we will replace the product. However, for minor physical damage such as dents or scratches, we cannot process a return or refund.
